Trivia
- The Cheetah Girls took almost 1 year to release a new single from the album that had been released that last year. The reason for this was that The Cheetah Girls did not plan to release Cheetah Sisters as a single. They planned for Girl Power to be their final single from The Cheetah Girls but Disney wanted to release The Cheetah Girls onto DVD and wanted a new single for its release in June 2004. With no time to record a new album or even a new single they decided to release Cheetah Sisters.
- On the pop-up edition of The Cheetah Girls 2 it incorrectly labeled this song as We Are Sisters.
- The song 'Cheetah Sisters' is one of the songs featured in the videogame High School Musical: Sing It!.
- In the sequel, "The Cheetah Girls 2", the song is remixed with a Barcelona mix. However, the song is not featured in the movie.
- The Barcelona Mix version of the song was a re-recorded version, without actress Raven-Symone.
